CLEAR, TRANSPARENT TRANSACTIONS

Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Understand how failed recharges, PAN service payments and UPI wallet loading issues are reviewed—and how to request help with a transaction.

Effective: 1 October 2026Wallet-based refundsTransaction support

This policy describes the current reported refund and reversal process for BR Business Mart. The exact outcome of a request depends on the verified transaction status and applicable provider terms; no unconfirmed fees or guarantees are added here.

01Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how BR Business Mart handles concerns involving recharge transactions, PAN assistance services, and wallet loading or transactions on its website, app and member portal. It applies to Retailers, Distributors and Master Distributors using the Platform in India.

BR Business Mart is a proprietorship based in Balangir, Odisha, India – 767001. Read this policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

02Services Covered

The Platform offers mobile recharge, DTH recharge, NSDL/UTI PAN-related services and partner wallet functionality, including wallet loading using UPI QR payments. Refund handling may vary with the service, transaction status, applicable service-provider rules and legal requirements.

The wallet is intended for supported services on the Platform. It is not described as a facility for withdrawing or settling wallet balances to a bank account.

03Failed Mobile & DTH Recharges

If a mobile or DTH recharge fails and the wallet has been debited, BR Business Mart’s stated operating practice is to return the applicable failed-transaction amount to the same Platform wallet, normally within 24 hours.

A recharge appearing as pending is not necessarily failed. We may need to wait for the operator or recharge provider’s final confirmation before reversing it. The 24-hour period describes the normal process, not an unconditional guarantee for provider outages, disputes, or delayed confirmations.

04Successful Recharge & Cancellation

A confirmed successful recharge generally cannot be cancelled or reversed merely because the user entered an incorrect mobile number, DTH customer ID, operator or amount. Recharge operators control the actual fulfillment and reversal capability.

Users should verify every detail before submitting. If a recharge is marked successful but the benefit has not reached the customer, contact support with the transaction reference so that its status can be checked with the service provider. Any remedy depends on the verified outcome and applicable rules.

05NSDL / UTI PAN Services

PAN applications, corrections and related requests can involve processing or statutory/service charges and external service-provider workflows. Whether a charge can be refunded depends on the stage of processing, the nature of any failure, the provider’s rules, and applicable law.

If the request has already been accepted or processed by the relevant provider, a cancellation or full refund may not be available. If a payment is debited but the request is not successfully created or accepted, please report it for reconciliation; do not submit a duplicate paid request until the original status is checked.

06UPI / QR Wallet Loading

Wallet loading is initiated through the Platform’s UPI QR payment process. A successful wallet load increases the available balance to be used for eligible Platform services.

If you have paid by UPI but the wallet has not been credited, or a payment was made twice, contact support with the relevant reference number, paid amount, time and a redacted payment confirmation. We will review the wallet ledger and available payment records before determining any adjustment or refund. Do not share a UPI PIN, OTP, card secret or full bank statement.

07Wallet Balance & Bank Transfers

BR Business Mart has stated that direct wallet-to-bank settlement or withdrawal is not offered through this Platform. A wallet balance does not, by itself, create an available cash-out feature.

Any correction of an erroneous wallet credit, duplicate payment, or legally required refund is assessed separately and does not imply that general bank withdrawals are supported. Please contact support before depositing more than you intend to use for services.

08When Refunds or Adjustments Are Considered

Possible cases for review include a failed transaction with a wallet debit, a duplicate debit or wallet load, a payment that was received without a corresponding wallet credit, or a service request not successfully accepted despite a debit.

A refund or adjustment is not automatically due simply because the user changes their mind after a successful recharge, requests withdrawal of unused wallet funds, or enters incorrect service details. Provider-specific rules and applicable consumer rights will be respected.

09How to Raise a Refund Request

Please contact support@brbusinessmart.com or call +91 8144276263. Use the subject “Refund Request” when emailing.

Include your registered user ID or mobile number, service name, transaction/reference ID, amount, date/time, current status, and a brief description of the issue. Attach a redacted screenshot if needed. Never share your password, OTP, UPI PIN, full Aadhaar number or full card details.

10Refund Method & Processing Time

For an eligible failed service transaction, the currently stated normal process is a refund to the Platform wallet within approximately 24 hours after the failure is established.

Reconciliation of pending, disputed, duplicate, PAN provider or wallet-loading payments may require additional checks; a fixed resolution period has not been confirmed for those cases. Support can provide the available status after examining the records. This policy does not promise that every refund goes back to the original UPI source.

11Fees, Taxes & Partial Adjustments

A service may include charges, fees, taxes or provider deductions. Any eligible refund amount will depend on the actual transaction, the charge components, the service completion status, provider rules and applicable law.

This policy does not set a blanket non-refundable fee, fixed deduction, cancellation penalty or automatic full-refund entitlement where none has been confirmed. The applicable charges should be reviewed before submitting a transaction.

12Incorrect, Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice a transaction you do not recognize, immediately change your password where possible and report the matter to our support team. If a bank or UPI payment is involved, contact your bank or UPI payment service provider as well.

Keep transaction references and supporting evidence. We may require reasonable verification to prevent fraudulent refund claims. Please avoid repeated submissions of a pending transaction until the previous transaction status is confirmed.

13Transaction Records & Account Status

BR Business Mart has stated that recharge, PAN and wallet transaction records are retained on an ongoing basis, and that inactive accounts may be deactivated without automatically deleting historical records. These records may assist with transaction reconciliation and resolving refund disputes.

How long records must be retained under applicable law and the eventual deletion procedure still require confirmation. Refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.

14Policy Changes & Applicable Rights

We may update this policy to reflect changes in service workflows, provider conditions, legal requirements or the Platform. The updated version will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a refund or other remedy where it is mandatory under applicable Indian law.
